In 2022, I spent a year as an in-house copywriter for Playtech Managed Services in Sofia, Bulgaria.
After signing a major Dutch client, Holland Casino Online, they needed my help in localizing their customer service copy and website copy as well as writing, translating and proofreading voice call scripts, emails, and newsletters.


The images shown on this page are from Holland Casino Online’s FAQ Help Center, a project that I was lead copywriter for. I wrote over 200 help articles, conveying information concisely and in a way that would allow for logical follow-up questions and linked articles.
In addition, I helped maintain Holland Casino’s tone of voice across all channels while assisting management with implementing this tone of voice in their outgoing communication. I also provided training to customer service staff in proper use of tone and style in their day-to-day interactions with customers.
The result?
The launch of the FAQ Help Center caused a slight drop in customer queries and a noticeable reduction in ticket handling times. The client, Holland Casino, also expressed their happiness with the consistent, multichannel delivery of information and application of their brand’s tone of voice.
